2. Product Information & Enquiries

Our website operates on an inquiry-based catalog model. Prices, availability, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and product specifications shared on enquiry are valid for a limited period and subject to change without notice. Product images are for representational purposes; slight variations in color, fabric texture, or embellishments may occur due to handcrafted processes and screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• Balance payment must be cleared before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other modes confirmed at the time of order.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched via reputed courier or transport partners. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Super Choice is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Exchange

Being a wholesale and B2B-focused brand, returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product dispatched, reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof. Customized, altered, or washed items are not eligible for return.

6. Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and production / packing has begun, cancellation requests cannot be entertained. Advance payments are non-refundable in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Super Choice and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Super Choice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or products.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
